delay after delay with square loan

We received an offer on the day after thanksgiving and we had a hold up on canceling an account that wasn't in use then we had to wait a week for them to tell us another problem then another then another. Everytime we complete a task we wait a week to be told one more problem. We were told we're done and we did everything immediately and now after 2 months later we have been told we've been "escalated" twice in two weeks? Tomorrow will be the fifth business day in "3-5 business days"

Is this nonsense and they're done with this offer? The only reason we're still with square is this loan. After being jerked around like this should we leave when the 7% repayment is up?

context: we payed off a $112k~ 1 year and 3 days ago and are 94% payed off on a $144k loan currently.

@Kdstone There are so many factors when it comes to loans. Not just through square. If you're patient and jump through the hoops and do what it is saying you need to then you should be fine. But keep in mind that loans are not guaranteed. Just because you have had one does not mean you will get another. I don't have an answer as to what you should do for your business. Ultimately that is up to you. I hope you are able to make a great decision for your business.
