Why don’t I see my loan funds in my bank account

I was approved for my loan June 4. It is now June 7, and I don’t see the funds in my bank account.

As I see this is your First post welcome to the sellers community.

 

As with what @TheRealChipA said since I also just saw your post on a Saturday, I recomend calling support like Chip mentioned.

 

I also recomend checking your Square Dashboard Loan section and see if the loan is there for viewing.  You can then check on the Deposit line and see where the money was deposited to according to your prefrences.

This may help you figure out where the money was deposited before Monday when you call.  The deposit should go into the account you have setup for Deposits from Square.  Either a Bank account with Square or your Business Bank or possibly a different account you entered on File.  You can check this out also on your Dashoard under Account and Settings - Bank Accounts tab, or follow this

You should see something similar to :

I edited the photo to remove the Last 3 digits of my account number and you can also see in the image above it is Active with Square on the right side of the image.   This is the account that Square deposits my Credit Card Sales and my Loan to.  My loans are usually in this account within 24-48 hours of being approved.  So you may see the Deposit on Monday.  Think Square states that also in the Loan agreement somewhere.

Hey @Lissie03. That’s definitely odd.  Unfortunately, I just saw your post and today is Saturday.  So, all I can do is tell you to contact Square Loans using this direct contact information. They should be able to look into it and let you know what is causing the delay.  I’m assuming that you’ve already checked your Square Balance and don’t see the funds there, either.
