Why did my capital page stop updating sales after we hit the 10k mark?

We hit our 10k card sales goal yesterday.  When I logged on this morning it is showing zero card sales ever and our last update was 9/24 which was two days ago.  But our nightly deposits from card sales went in so i am not sure what has happened.  Can someone update me please on why there is now a lag in updates?  Thanks!

Is it possible you have more than one account with us and it's logged into the wrong account?

 

I would try logging out and back in with your email used for the account with the sales you're looking for to see if that is the case. 

 

If that isn't the case, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support Team to take a closer look since we don't have access to your account specifics from here.
