@Lynchfmily I am just trying to follow the transaction so I can give you some guidance and an opinion. I understand the frustration.
So it looks like a triangular transaction: 1. Did cash exchange hands? 2. If you used credit/debit cards, whose card did the store run? 3. Did you do a refund of any type? 4. Were any of the cards a personal card?
What was the exact transaction sequence: I get customer wants hair piece. Salon orders hair piece. Buyer pays for hair piece? Was it credit that they had to pay back?

I've only seen a couple of these come through. 1. Had a business account card, and the same situation did a special order wrong color, and then the color they wanted backed ordered. Then, I had to reorder one in stock. She had all invoices and communication with the company, and it was ruled ok. The 2nd one was the card that was used, and it just had her name and the same one attached to the square. Pretty much same situation, it wasn't a return. I just ordered something else, and it was a tad higher. The owner placed the order using that same card with all communication, and no, it was labeled the same as hers above? We have a business account with our card in the business name. I don't know if you can appeal to someone higher or not? I'm guessing that personal card in just your name, and if it's the same as attached to your account, picked it off. But with a paper trail of invoices and emails from the company, should it be enough to see she wasn't doing a cash advance? That's just me, and I don't work for Square. Those are the only 2 I've seen at least post.

Thank you!
I order my hair with a company that I have a running net 30 account with.
So, I ordered hair, then paid for it. Then I sent an invoice to the client, then she paid the salon back. I hope that is better, I am just so sad over the whole process.

As square said, yes account specific you have to go that route. Maybe this is one of those things where how you explained it made it even more clear than mud. Sometimes, communication is hard and we all make mistakes. Reach back out. The only thing here is it is a square loan, and those can have very different requirements. I have seen transactions scrutinized due to the size and in essence a transaction like you describe does have "risk" as the client could have ghosted you or even initiated a chargeback so to speak. Just some food for thought and good luck.

It has been well over a week and I have not received any email, or explanation nothing... this whole thing was done in error and like I said before I am disappointed in the lake of attention to this issue.

@Lynchfmily, any luck with getting everything worked out? I agree with @Donnie-M. When I'm upset or mad, I just let the words flow. Sometimes less is more. How you just stated it I could perfectly understand your situation and in your line of business that's how every beauty salon I've been too when they order anything for me they also have an account and when it comes in I go pay for it and get my items. It's not any different, imo what we do for customers and I'm retail furniture. I have a couch in the store that's tan, and they want gray. I order it, and when it comes in, they pay for it and set up delivery.
