In the last couple of days I am getting a square capital payment after every transaction. I have my settings to send a daily summary, and I have the Per Transaction email turned off. These settings have been like this for over 2 years and no changes have been recently made on my end.
I still get my daily sales summary emails, but now I am getting an email after every transaction from Square Capital and no daily summary.

Hey @onceuponahive, sorry to hear you've been receiving so many emails! I went ahead and escalated this to the Captial team for you so they can take a closer look and confirm if they've made any changes recently that might have caused this. They'll email you as soon as they can (sorry, one more email...) - really appreciate your patience!

@Helen Thanks!!! Its really odd and just started. Also the capital payment page no longer shows cumulative payments. So today rather than one payment listed it shows 7 payments that have resulted in 7 emails.
It looks like it started after the 17th. I had a cumulative payment that day but it looks like every payment after that has been per transaction.
It definitely sounds odd @onceuponahive, I'm sorry again - it's probably filling up your inbox! I haven't heard that this was an ongoing issue but if I do I'll post here to let you know.

I am also experiencing the same issue now.
After over 3 years of end-of-day capital summaries/payments, yesterday was the first day I started receiving emails and payments after every transaction.
The only thing I have done differently or changed up recently was authorize use of the new Square credit card. Everything else has been set the same for all my other loans.

I was contacted not long after my question and was told that once you get the credit card this will happen and the only fix is to turn off the email alerts. Also, another drawback to have the credit card is that now you will have to manually initiate deposits to your bank as they will no longer automatically deposit at the end of the day.
To my knowledge there is no other work around.
