I need to make a loan payment with a different account.

I am trying to make a loan payment but I need to make it using a different account than the one they have on file connected to my square.

Hey there! Thanks for asking. I hear you, it would be nice to pay your loan from another account, but unfortunately since this is involving your Capital loan and personal account, we cannot advise if this is something Capital will be able to do as each loan is specific to the Owner's account. 

I just escalated a case over to them for you, so you should expect an email soon in which you can ask further questions about what that loan would look like for you.
