Denied AGAIN-Because of "another account"

I have been denied again because...

 

" Using internal data and other identifiers, we have determined that your business is related to another account with a Square Loan whose card processing has declined. When applying for a loan, it is important that any related accounts with a Square Loan remain current and maintain consistent processing until the loan is repaid. We are unable to take any action to unlink or dissociate the accounts.”

 

I DO NOT HAVE a loan with square. I DO NOT have another square account. Again I was given the approval and again denied with no one able to give me any clarity about this. I really needed that loan and to have the pre-approval AGAIN and then to be denied over something that has NOTHING to do with me is really awful. I know this whole thing is computer driven, so of course it will deny if there's an account that is linked to mine. Can't a real person do something?

Yep, I got an e-mail back....Which was a canned response. Same EXACT as last time. Convince me that real humans are even apart of the loan department....
