Capital Renewal

Hi. I am currently 83% paid off on my 3rd square loan. I have read that many receive a renewal offer at 60% and 80% percent. I am looking to expand. I could really use this for inventory. Could anyone let me know why I have not received another loan offer. Thanks so very much.

Square does not release their algorithm for determining who gets a loan offer, or when they may get it.  If you want to pursue this, you'll need to contact Square Support directly:

You'll need your customer code to call.  Follow the instructions below on how to get it.

Go to Square's support page.

Click โ€œMoreโ€

Click "I don't see my issue"

Click "Call Support"

Write down your Customer Code

Hello @phoneguy1617! We're not able to answer account specific questions here in the Community so do call as suggested by GlassDale. There is additional information in the Support Center: Not Your First Capital Plan.

Also, we're glad to have you here in the Community but please remember not to post the same question on multiple threads.

Hi @Gam1 no I did not. I would love for someone at square to take a look at my account and to see why with 4 successful paid off loans and a INCREASE in sales why no loan offer after being paid off for 6+ months .

@phoneguy1617 that is odd.  Maybe they're not loaning as much as they used to.
