Capital Past Due Issue - Current Loan

Why is my square loan still showing as "past due" when it is not? Also, it is now showing the total balance as past due.

When we got behind by around $400 due to the total business closure because of COVID-19 in April of 2020, our account went to past due. Now, we are more than caught up but our account didn't update and the entire balance is now showing as past due. What it should show is that we owe around $800 in the next 45 days or so (our 60-day minimum) rather than the total balance of $1,236.
