Features
Syncing between Square and Square Online
When you first set up Square Online, the products in your Square item Library will sync over to your site. After the initial setup, syncing will continue automatically in the background to help make inventory management easier.

Add postage, collection and delivery
Square Online has you covered no matter how you meet your customer - online, local pickup and delivery or even QR code ordering. Learn about each fulflilment methods in our Support Centre:
Manage orders
You can manage orders from both your Square Dashboard and the Square Point of Sale app. You’ll also get an email notification for every order to make sure you aren’t missing your orders. Learn more about managing orders.
Connect with Instagram and Facebook Shopping
If you have Facebook and/or Instagram pages for your business, you can easily connect Square to your account to create ad campaigns, sync your item library to Facebook and allow visitors to shop from your Facebook and Instagram pages. Learn how to connect Instagram and Facebook.
Payments and reporting
Payments processed with Square Online will appear in the transaction history on your online Square Dashboard and your Square Point of Sale app, so you can keep an eye on all parts of your business from one place.
Pricing
You can start your Square Online site for free! You can sell unlimited products online and fulfil your orders electronically via pickup, delivery or postage - all without a subscription fee.
If you’d like to use the following features, you can upgrade your site anytime you like to a subscription plan:
- Use a custom domain you already have or purchase a domain from Square
- Remove Square ads from your footer
- Access features like customer reviews, abandoned cart emails, etc.

Transaction fees
For businesses located in the Republic of Ireland, Square’s per transaction fees for credit and debit card payments are as follow:
- 1.4% + 25c for EU & EEA cards
- 2.9% + 15c for UK & non-EEA cards
