Why are my services hours not showing up correctly on my invoices?

Hi @hskincare, thanks for posting on the Community.

Can you confirm whether you took the screenshot from your Appointments app or the Dashboard ? 

 

If you took it from your app - are the service durations reported incorrectly when viewing the invoice on the Dashboard as well ? Is this affecting all invoices or only one/a few ?

 

In the meantime, you can try the following app troubleshooting steps :

  • Update your mobile device and Appointments app.
  • Log out of the app and sign back in.
  • Turn your mobile device off and then back on.
  • Force-quit the app.
  • Be sure to enable the permissions requested when you open the Appointments app.
  • Delete and reinstall the app. See Apple’s support site and Google’s support site for instructions on how to do so.
  •  

Let me know if this helps fix the issue, or feel free to provide additional details if this isn't related to the Appointments app.

Thank you! I no longer see it displayed on the mobile app.  I will try that should it happen again.

I am seeing the same issue on my invoices both in the app and when I log in to my online dashboard. My services are 30 minute sessions but under the service it lists 500 hrs.
