Making an invoice from an open ticket

It used to be easy to take an open ticket and click on "more" when closing it so I could turn it into an invoice and email it to a regular customer. 

Recently, when I go to "charge," "more," and "invoice;" it just closes out the app and nothing happens. 

I make sure that the app is up-to-date and have tried on multiple devices - the register, remote terminal and my phone but nothing works.  It all just disappears.

Any ideas?

Hi @lowerforge, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community 👋.

I haven't heard of a similar issue, and I wasn't able to recreate this behavior on my iPhone or a Terminal. 

Can you confirm which app you are currently using on your devices and hardware (SPOS, RST, RTL or Appointments) ? 

Would you be able to take a video of the issue and share it on this thread ?

IOS - register is an iPad and phone is an Iphone. 

Although - this is interesting.  I just went to double check my 3 devices (including a remote terminal).  It failed on the IOS devices but after a week, I could save the draft on the remote terminal.
