When making a invoice and I go to add item it pulls up my whole item list. I want it to show just categories. why did I spend all that time categorizing every thing if it is just going to list all items anyway? Is there anyway to change it

So I don't believe that there is a way to change it to just show categories. I think that when categorizing all the items, it shows up more specific in your reports on which items>categories are your top sellers etc.
Now, I'm not sure how many categories that you have,, but I suppose you could add your categories as a "service" if you only want your category to show up on an invoice and set it to variable price or something of that nature.
