I would love the option for emails or phone number to get flag/blocked. I have a couple of people/companies that request quotes/services every year and cancel. Assuming they are window shopping for go with cheaper competitor.

As @rtfulk mentioned, if you have a Square Appointments Online Booking Flow on your website and a Square Appointments Plus subscription, you can reduce repeat cancellations by blocking customers from booking online.
Square’s Risk Manager also allows you to block an email address or phone number from making future online purchases with you, but this function is only available if a transaction has previously occurred. For online quote requests or enquiries where no payment has taken place, we don’t currently have the ability to flag or block these customers via Risk Manager.

@kw494 Welcome to the community, If you use Square appointments you can block them through that, but I haven’t seen a way to block or ban customers though the Customer page on the dashboard.
