How do I print off all of my invoice transactions for the past year?

I need to save these transactions as a pdf file somehow, and I don't see where to do this. Thank You

Hi @BakertotheKing - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Square Seller Community👋

You can export a report of your Invoices from your Square Dashboard online. First, you'll go to the Invoices Page and then click Invoices on the left. From here, you can select the date range you want or click on "last year". When you have your filters set up to show want you want in the report, click Export on the right. This will export the report into an Excel file. We do not have a PDF option at this time.

I tried exporting just out of trial and error and since I don't have Excel (and the program I needed to upload rejected the file), I decided to send my summary chart as a pdf and that worked lol. Wow, I need a course on this. Thank you so much! Chef James
