I do not believe that it is possible to enter multiple service dates on a single invoice given that a single invoice is meant for one transaction. With that being said though have you thought about a payment schedule? I am not sure what type of service you offer, but by adding a payment schedule this may be able to do what you are looking for. Where each payment can be set as/used as your service dates?
