Customer weekly/monthly/yearly Subscription opt in/out auto draft and reminders of upcoming invoice

When setting up customers on a weekly, monthly, or ANNUAL Subscription to a Plan I need them to have the option of opting out/in of automatic payments. 

Also need to be able to choose a reminder schedule about the upcoming Subscription invoice and due/withdrawal date.

The options are available when creating Recurring Invoices but not when setting up a Subscription.
