Hello all,
I am not new to taking payments by Square but I am new to sending out invoices via Square.
On the client view PDF it shows my client's contact name under the Customer label, but I would rather it say the actual business name under the Customer label. Is that an option?
I filled in her first/last name, contact info, and business name in the appropriate fields upon customer creation, but I can't see where to list the company name as the Customer instead of her individual name on the client-facing invoice. It's a large corporation and they are going to want the invoice to have the business name on it somewhere.
Square Invoices+ subscriber if it matters.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @jkjroni
So it should show the business name right underneath the contact name on the invoice. (test invoic screen shot below)
If you would rather show the company name, you could just put the company name as the First name of the customer, and leave the last name blank. Additionally you could put Attn: (customer name) in the company details section . Let me know if that works for you, or if you see the company name on your invoices.
Edit* NOt sure why the screen shot isn't showing, I'll try and upload it again shortly
