Customer is having an error when paying using CC or debit via Square app invoice

Hi, my customers are having trouble paying via Invoice with their Credit card and debit card. But Im able to accept afterpay. Error is always “sorry. Your card was not accepted. Pls confirm your card information.” and they input their card correctly.

 

Any help is appreciated.

While we're not able to look into individual transactions via this public forum, our Support Team would be able to take a closer look and make sure that your account is activated for card processing. Also keep in mind that a customer's credit or debit card may decline for a number of reasons, so it might be worth them reaching out to their card provider as well.
