We have a horse farm. I set up Square to automatically bill our horse boarders monthly. Can I set up Square to add monthly bills together, if they don’t pay on time so they just get one bill with the total owed? So far I have to remember to do it myself and I usually forget!! They have 3 months to default, before the horse becomes mine, according to their contract…

So I am unsure about adding outstanding invoices together. I do not believe that can be done. However you can add late fees to invoices. Here is the info from this article about that.
You can set up a late fee charge for invoice payments at the time of creating a new invoice. To do so, click Late fee under the invoice’s total amount, and set a percentage or flat rate and grace period.
You can also add a late fee to existing invoices. To do so, click the existing invoice, select the three dots and Edit. From here, follow the same steps as above.
You may remove late fees by clicking the X on the New invoice page to the right of the late fee.
You can set this by default for any new invoices as well.
If you go to your Dashboard from a browser and head to Invoices>Settings>invoices
Then you can click on your default template and then click edit in the bottom right corner. Navigate to the late fee section under the payment and edit that accordingly.
Once you are satisfied with your default template, click save in the top right corner.
