Create access to the FULL 16 digit electronic gift card number

There is absolutely NO reason why the account administrator should not be able to access the full 16 digit electronic gift card number. It is essential to providing quick & accurate customer service - something I'm finding impossible to do on Square.

There are multiple inquiries regarding this feature that lead me to believe that this is a WIDE SPREAD problem with smaller vendors.

Also, under >gift card >overview, the search box needs options i.e. recipients name, purchasers name, date range of purchase, amount of purchase.

The Gift Card Tab will show gift card activity and remaining balances. 

If you're looking for the full gift card number, this is the thread you're looking for.

How would you export a list of all gift cards (with the full gift card number) + the amount remaining on the gift card? I'm looking to pull both the plastic and eGift Card information.

Lots of Inquiries for the same thing - I have the same request....  I guess I call support tomorrow - as this seems to be the "answer".  We're the ones selling these things - and people are asking for the details - why not get the existing report updated to include the details.  These aren't actual credit cards with people's personal information - they are gift cards, wholly owned by the retailer.  Come on Square - don't be so...well, square.

Sometimes clients lose or forget their plastic gift cards.  We can’t look them up without the full 16 digit number.  However Electronic gift cards are easy to look up and redeem.  Is there a way to look up and redeem plastic gift card numbers using only the last 4 digits?
