Online Customer Reviews - Email Timing

Hi,

 

I've searched for the answer to this to no avail, but...

 

I've set up my square site to send my customers an email after one week, requesting that they review the items they've purchased.

 

My question is, is the timing based on the order date or the shipping date? So, if a customer orders on March 12 and the items are shipped on March 15th, would the email go out a week after March 12 or a week after March 15th?

Congrats on the new setup! 

As far as I’m aware, it goes based on the order date — I saw another thread on here where someone was discussing their experiences with it. That might not be ideal if there is a longer gap between ordering & shipping but I hope the info helps your planning!
