Accept Terms & Conditions

I am experimenting with Square Contracts as a potential solution to this issue, but I was quite surprised that Square does not have a simple feature to prompt all buyers to "Accept Terms & Conditions" by simply checking a box, with a link to read through the Terms & Conditions if they would like to. This is a standard feature in many online sales and to be honest, if I can't solve this through Square I'll likely be looking for another payment processor that has this simple feature. Having to attach a "contract" to every invoice or payment link sent is far too time consuming.
