Hi @Yourmobilemech 

Sorry to hear about the problems with your debit card .  You will most likely need to call into Support and speak with something from the banking team.  My guess would be that something flagged or triggered the account and they may need to verify.  I'm just guessing, but they should be able to sort out the issue quickly.
