My Square business debt card

I need to activate my square debt card in order to activate it I need the activation code that was sent to my email my problem is I never got an activation code sent to my email so what do I do now?  I went back and checked my email that is on file and there is nothing listed about it.

Seems like a system glitch that didn't populate the email on Squares end, Assuming you have checked your Spam folder as well, you will most likely need to call in to customer support and hopefully they can either 

A) send you a new activation code while you are on the line or 

B) Activate it after verifying card information and security informtion.
