Is there a way to change the layout of printed checks, check at top and stub at bottom for instance?

I don't believe there's any options to support what you have in mind - Square is setup to use a compatible check stock type DLT104 - some details are here.   Maybe some of the other volunteer Community Members have some thoughts.
