Are sales automatically processed to bank acct or do I do this manually

This depends on how You setup your Square account and which Bank you use.  

I use my local Bank and setup Next Day deposits.  So all sales that happen from Squares or my operations that count as a Monday sale are deposited by the time I wake on a Tuesday morning.  Now you can also do Instant Transfers which have a fee.  Then there is also Square Banking which the money from Sales goes from you Daily sales to your Square Checking account.  Then to transfer the funds to your local bank account would need to be done manually from my understanding.

The only exceptions to Next Day deposits are Weekends and Bank Holidays.  So since this is a Monday and a Bank Holiday my weekend sales will be deposited Tomorrow Tuesday when banks are open again.
