Welcome to the Community, @procancleaning - 

You can set up the QR Code for your Online Booking site for setting up appointments. This Support Article will give you the steps to do so. 

Another option would be to set up a self-service QR code through your Square Online Store too. These would be the only options to get your services with a QR Code.
