I am having this same problem. I have parents who have multiple children and want the children to come in at the same time one after the other, but in order to do so they have to book multiple different appointments. Can you please make it to where you can select how many of that service you need or make it to where you can select that service multiple times rather than just once.
Example : A mother has 2 kids (boys) both under the age of 12 in order to book their appointments together she has to book for 1 mens haircut and 1 kids haircut. or she has to book 1 kids haircut and then get back on to my site and book the second kids haircut. Can you create a feature that makes it to where she can book 2 kids haircuts at the same time?
Im having the same issue. I think the only work around is to add same services in the addon category. But of course this call for an extra scroll and click and clients don't like that😂. Especially when the system we used before gave them the capability to book the same appointment more than once . Since I don't see a way to make this happen I most likely go the addon route and send a email to our clients.
I'm a pet groomer, and I have clients with multiple dogs that are the same size and would be booking for the same service. We need to be able to add a quantity to services, for example, a client with two small yorkies would want to book for two small grooms.
@superpupsgroom i have found a bit of a work around for this exact situation. I made it to where the variations of the service give the client the opportunity to choose how many pets in that size category they have. It’s worked pretty well. Other than I do have to click the appt to see what they chose. It doesn’t show me straight from my calendar it looks as though I may just have one and I do forget to look sometimes and may schedule a dog wish I didn’t. But overall it works and the clients haven’t complained. Here is my square site if you want to go look at mine and see what you think!
