Is there a way to require our clients to give us all the contact data we have in their client profiles? We need them to give current mailing addresses and (we created) emergency contact.

If not, how can I automatically attach or save a contract/form I create for them to give the information to their profile?

I'm leaving a link below that has information on how you can set up a digital form to automatically go out to your clients after they book their appointments.  This information should be then added to their profiles.  Hope this helps you out a little 🙂
