Why is Square telling my clients my website isn't set up to take appointments "just yet"?
A client just sent me a screenshot showing me she can't access my scheduling system. It reads like I am a new customer, but I've been using this service for 7+ years. I'm very aggravated, knowing how much Square now charges for their services, this is unacceptable and embarrassing!

Hey there, @MJannes -
Do you have multiple locations set up for your account or just one?
Could you send over the screenshot your customer sent you? If you go to your own booking site, do you see something similar?
