How do I send the welcome to square text so my client can type start?

Hi @dodiwasbotten.  You can not send the client a text anymore.  Square has this in place because it’s what the FCC requires.  Once a customer goes through the unsubscribe process it is irrevocable.  However……

 

It is entirely possible that you could delete the current customer record from your directory, using the dashboard.  Just remember you will lose any history associated with that customer, and that you will want to delete any existing appointments first.  THEN, you could have the customer reschedule their appointment online, which should create a new customer directory record that doesn’t know they unsubscribed in the first place.  I think this will work, and will create an electronic trail that starts with the customer which should satisfy everyone!
