Transfer a client to a different class without issuing a refund.

I have a Sunday class and a Tuesday class. I have a client who signed up and paid for the Tuesday class, but wants to switch to the Sunday class. How can I move her into the Sunday class without issuing a refund?

I don't believe there's a work around other than refunding and scheduling again.   Just curious, if there's no difference in price and you are the business owner, seems just making the switch is a better move.  If you do a refund, you loose the processing fees and end up with more booking.   We make minor adjustments with customers sometimes if they change their minds - we still get the same amount of money and the customer is happy.  That's just us of course and we all have different reasons for the things we need to do.

Thank you. Square did confirm there isn't a way to do that, yet. The issue is that I have a limit on how many students I have in a class. So if I can't move this person it looks like the class is full and nobody else can sign up. I just did a work around and increased the class size which is fine, it just seems like this should be something they offer!
