Square has a major issue with tips not being attributed to the correct employee or being unattributed to any employee. Spent two hours on the phone with customer support yesterday. They tell me that nothing is wrong with their system but we have changed nothing about the way we do things and starting last Saturday tips stop being attributed.

Here in the Community, we have limited access to you account details, and cannot see you specific settings.
Was our support team able to point to which setting might be causing this?
