Square Appointments: How do I add a staff member?
[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: How to add employees to appointment app]
I am new to square and I am trying to set appointment app up but i am not sure how to add my employees to the appointment app. I am also wanting to use dashboard but not sure how to add my employees. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
You should be able to add a new member of staff by following these steps:
- Sign in at squareup.com/login > go to the Appointments section.
- Click Staff > click Add Employee > then click Create New Employee.
If you are just using Square Appointments, you can manage your staff by clicking the Appointments icon in the Online Dashboard. You wouldn't need to add Team Members unless you were using our Square Point of Sale app instead.

It doesn't say Staff under Appointments. It says team up top and Staff and payroll, but I still don't see how to add staff. Sorry I am tagging on to old thread but I just want to add staff bios and the Weebly expert said I had to use the Appointments tab. So right now this is a Kafka-esque nightmare.

Sorry for the delay here. Can you try the following steps and see if it gets you going in the right direction?
Create a bookable staff member

Sign in to your Square Dashboard and select Payments > Appointments > Staff > + Add staff.

Select create a staff from scratch.

Add their contact information and customize their settings. Each staff member must have a unique email address.

Set their notification settings for new and upcoming appointment emails and text messages. Select Owner sent a copy to send a copy of each notification to the owner.

For Online booking, toggle on Bookable by customers online.

Select their location, hours, services, and enter their biographic information.

Select Save.
Once you create a staff profile, they’ll receive an email invite to create a sign-in for Square Appointments to access their own Square Appointments app with their calendar and customers.

I run my husbands business where he is the only employee but offers a ton of services to book. Under the team is shows my name as owner because I set up the account. I added my husband as a team member will full permissions. I added several services he provides in the appropriate sales area. In the section where is says “assign a team member” for this service, when selected, it only shows me as the only available team member to book services. His employment is “active”. I can not seem to figure out how to get his name to be the only option to book a service with. I do not want clients to be able to book with me. Currently have this feature turned off so when booking nothing will show. I’d rather it say my husband is the “team member” clients will have services with when they book.

First, check out @Isabelle_'s steps here to make sure you've set your husband up correctly as an Appointments employee.
Next, I'm wondering if you're only seeing yourself listed because of this... the calendar will default to whoever is currently signed in at the time.
Let me know if either of these make a difference!
