New services aren’t available for booking?
I have a book now button on Instagram with all of my services, however i recently added new services to the list and they do not show up under the book now button. I have the box marked in square to allow online booking for the services but it still doesn’t show my newly added services. Any suggestions?

Hey @Indigoaesthetic. While you said that you had the “box marked in square to allow online booking” your did NOT say that you had the box marked to publish on Facebook and Instagram (see screen shot below). Could it be that simple?

It wouldn’t be under “items(physical goods)” for me. I offer esthetic services & unfortunately it doesn’t give me that option under service tab

My apologies for that oversight, @Indigoaesthetic. Sure enough, it looks like there is currently no way to publish services to Instagram and Facebook from Square. I’m not sure if this is a Square limitation, or if it is also a Meta limitation. I’ll tag a Square moderator who might be able to offer more insight.

I’d be happy to assist you with this, but I’ll need a few details first.
Could you let me know the name of one of the services you recently added so I can take a closer look? Also, when you visit your online booking site directly (without using Instagram), are the services displaying? Or is it only when selecting the "Book Now" button on your Instagram page that they don’t appear?
If it’s the latter, the first step would be to deactivate and then reactivate booking through Instagram. Sometimes new data doesn't sync properly via Instagram Business Profiles, and this should help refresh the connection. You can follow the steps in this guide to deactivate and reactivate.
If the services aren’t appearing on your online booking site at all, even after checking your settings to ensure they are available for booking online, and you've updated staff availability, the next step is to disable and re-enable your online booking site. You can follow the instructions here to do this and verify if the services are now visible.
If neither of these solutions resolves the issue, please share the URL for your booking site in your reply, and we’ll escalate this to our team for further support.
