Redirect Page in Appointments

One of the features I'm looking for is the ability to redirect my clients to a custom page after they book their appointments. I'm able to do this with scheduleonce but I don't see that option in Square Appointments. Am I missing something?

That's not an available feature, but it's a very interesting request! I'll send this over to our Product Team so they're aware of the suggestion.

Hey @coach_izzy, thanks for circling back. I just went to check on this and we don't have any updates at this time.

 

For now, you might want to consider working in your custom page's URL into your email notifications. Learn more in our Support Center: Manage Appointment Communications. I realize this isn't perfect, though it may help drive your customers in the right direction.

Am also VERY interested in being able to set a "post-booking" redirect URL, where I can include Javascript to trigger things such as sending an actual booking completion event to Google Analytics, among other things. Not knowing when a customer has actually booked makes measurement pretty opaque and near impossible.

Hi Tom, Hope you are just wanted to follow up since it seems this request is a few years old. 

 

We are looking to redirect after an appointment made. Is that still not a possibility?

I'd love to be able to re-direct clients after a booking as well. Is there any update on this feature? Thanks so much!

Sorry to say no specific update yet. We're continuing to track this as a Feature Request, and will update here in the Community when we do have a Product Update.

 

We would suggest embedding the link into your reminder emails as the best work around at the time. This way you are able to share that out, and it will send automatically in the emails that are sent.
