With the update that came through this past week, customer profiles don't show whether an appointment was cancelled, or who it was scheduled with unless you click into each individual appointment. This makes it impossible to quickly assess who the client typically schedules with and their no-show/cancellation history. Is there a way to un-do this change?

I am aware of this change and have been in touch with our Appointments team.
At the moment, to see the customers previous history (colour-coded), you will need to navigate to the customer profile or booking > Previous > Open a booking > and view the details for each individual appointment.
We understand that the previous interface was more user-friendly and had the information more accessible, and we expect this view to be available again by the end of the month.
