My service isn't connecting to my booking page

I have created services for my online booking page but when I went to add a new one it isn't connecting. Ability to book online is on, it's assigned to me. Is it something so simple I am not even seeing it? 

What I want to do is add a service to my existing list of services so customers can book that service.
