Hello, I am wondering if square offers a way to send follow-up reminders for specific services where a client is reminded to come back after a certain time frame for a service. I have clients who forget to come in for their yearly appointments and would love to know if there's a way to automatically remind them that they are soon due for a touch-up and need to book.

Currently, with Square Appointments you can send your clients booking reminders ahead of time from you to one hour to three weeks.
It would be a feature request to send follow-up reminders at this time, which you can submit to our Appointments teams here.
Please be sure to include some details about how you'd use this in your business day-to-day - it really helps highlight why a given feature request should be prioritised.

I do have a similar question and was on the call with support this morning, and they informed me that this feature is not available on Square. Can someone please validate ? Also, if this feature is on the roadmap?
