Is there a way to delete "payment is due at appointment" from customers view?

My business is a consignment shop and we are using square appts to book appointments for consignors to bring in items and of course there is no fee involved. I already set the price to $0.00 but when they receive their text and click the link it says "payment is due at appointment", Is there any way to delete that from their view?

Can you clarify how consignors are paying? Are you invoicing them or sending a payment link?
