Individual Accepting Appointments

I have an employee who would like to have it where she can accept/deny appointments made online.

The only option I found is that either everyone does it or nobody does.

Is there a way to set it up where individual employees can accept/deny?

Is she set up as a staff member? Also, are you wanting them to be able to accept/deny for just their own customers or all customers that book even if it is with a different staff member? 

By default, you have the following permission groups with different levels of access to the Appointments calendar and point of sale:

• Service Provider: Allows staff members to manage their own calendar.

• Front Desk: Access to all staff calendars.

• Manager: Allows access to all calendars and account information. This role allows staff members to sync their personal Google Calendar to Square Appointments.

You should be able to edit permission sets for each staff member.
