How do I customize this screen in my appointments? I need a lot more information than just a name, phone, and an address.

Also, where do I customize my terms and conditions?

I’m not sure you can customize that part.  It’s a great recommendation that I’m sure other sellers will benefit from. I’ll leave a link below where you can actually submit this idea to Square Feedback Team and if enough sellers also would like this feature they can add it to their calendar to start working on:

As far as the Terms of Service…you add additional information to your cancellation policy that list your Terms of Service as well.  I hope this helps a little 🙂
