Help setting up appointments

When i click the link to appointments it takes me to choose between different square packages, when I try selecting the free option it is disabled, any ideas how tonfix this?

Hello there @Rickytarot, and welcome to the Seller Community

 

I have looked into this for you and have reached out to our Advanced Support team for them to investigate why the Appointments Free tier is unavailable for your account. They have a theory that the reason for this is that the Free Trial for Plus could be preventing Appointments' Free plan from being activated. 

 

In this case, and if the problem currently persists, our recommendation here would be to subscribe to Appointments Plus (this will require a payment method). Once on Plus, you will be able to downgrade to the free plan from the Pricing and Subscriptions page. In the event that you get billed for the Plus subscription, we will refund the amount with no questions asked. Hopefully, this will address the inconvenience here.
