Book multiple participants to the same class & allow selling of class seats during check-out

I run a business that offers only one bookable service for customers to attend. We host multiple repeating sessions per day and allow for up to 15 participants per session. 

Currently, using the class feature within Square Appointments allows participants to book online and allows me to manually add a participant in person via the Calendar tab within Square for Appointments on my Square Register. However, people booking online cannot reservice multiple seats in one booking. Moreover, I cannot add more than one participant at a time manually on the Square Register. This has caused Square Appointments to be unusable for me, leaving me to resort to third party options, rather than paying for Square for Appointments Plus.

Feature requests:

1) Add a mechanism for customers to book and pay for multiple seats in a class online in a single transaction

2) Add a mechanism for me to add multiple attendees to a class manually via the Calendar tab of Square for Appointments on my Square Register.

3) Add a way to add participants to a class and check out other items at once on the square register ~ e.g. add two participants to a class and sell them an item on the same transaction.

Until these features are implemented, I unfortunately will not be able to utilize Square for Appointments for my business.

I am adding my Plus 1 to this feature.  As we have a candle Class in a vacation spot, so multiple people may like to schedule a Class for their entire group.  As long as the group does not exceed the Class Size this would be fine.  The idea of a Class is so multiple people can attend the Class, so please allow 1 person to schedule a class for more than 1 person at a time and have to go through the Checkout multiple times for each person.

Also adding my voice to this. The idea of a class booking system without the ability to book more than one seat a time is crazy to me. Also, allowing a booking form for each seat purchased so that parents can fill out necessary information for kids coming to classes as well.

This definitely needs to be added as a feature. I have resorted to adding a completely different ticketing link to my website because this has been such an issue.

We run a glass blowing studio where we offer classes to our local community. Most people who take our classes are couples or friend groups. The way that Square classes is set up now is not user friendly for our customers since they can't book a plus one/multiple people for a class and almost defeats the purpose of having an online scheduling option if I still have to manually send an invoice and book their plus one after they've booked their first spot. Adding the option to book multiple spaces in a class would be a game changer for our business and from what I see above, many other businesses who would like to continue using Square.

Yes. I think it's crazy to have a service that you tell how many spots are available, but only 1 spot can be booked at a time. I have my classes set up only to find out that even though 22 spots are available the client will have to book multiple times if they are booking for their 6 friends. I was excited to see that square offered this and during a website redo I was going to switch from a 3rd party app that sucks to Square where ALL of my processing occurs. Just need you all to make that final step. And this has been requested for awhile now... All you have to do is an ADD TO CART or allow the quantity to change.

Adding my voice here because this is much needed. We have angry parents who are frustrated because they are trying to book their kids for our classes, but they can only register one kid.

Ditto, a sub account for multiple children is a must for this feature. Parents purchasing class packages and not bring able to book their children in to either the same class or different classes and using the credit they have purchased in a package is a deal breaker.

I am really disappointed to find out that my clients can't book multiple spaces in 1 class after I have spent hours and lots of money setting it all up! I will end up having to change system which is really disappointing.

Adding my voice to this feature! The nature of a class type appointment means that sometimes multiple people will be booked under one purchase. I have to use 3rd party solutions for this, while everything else I use is in Square. Adding this feature would mean I can utilize the Square POS to its full potential, streamline our booking process, and ultimately make it easier for my business and our customers. This really seems like a potential oversight from the Square team.
