Be able to change reply to email address

Be able to change reply to email address

Currently, if someone replies to an automated email it goes to the account holder's email address and there is not a way to change this.

Feature request: be able to change the email address that replies go to.

Hi there, @josepha2j,

This information is super helpful, and we have provided that to the necessary teams. We appreciate you providing that feedback, and if any updates occur, we will follow up here!

This feature request is exactly what I've been searching for. Finally, a clear answer right there in front of me that this necessary feature is not available. Unfortunately, there are no workarounds or even a glimmer of hope for one provided elsewhere. Without this feature, extensive work is required to conceal the owner's email, change how responses are handled, and so on. This has been an ongoing issue for at least 3 years based on what I've discovered, and that's just what's been posted. Realistically, how many people will go through the trouble of doing this? Anybody familiar with how these things work understands that a feature that has been sought for over 3 years is an important one. It just doesn't catch your attention because it doesn't receive enough pushback. Well, I hope that by drawing enough attention to this issue now. Well, I hope I have gotten enough people looking at this to have put some kind of a dent in a budget to move the needle in our favor.

Before creating my own thread, I attempted to "like" this request as per the steps mentioned for creating a new feature request. However, despite my attempt to like the existing request, it did not work.  The first time I posted, or this time.

This really needs to be fixed - I just realized a year or so after changing my business email in the profile that the booking emails are STILL going to the old business email, and this is unacceptable. It looks unprofessional to clients and is liable to cause issues with missed or lost communications.
