Appointments is sending multiple bookings webhooks at the same exact second, started on August 08

I noticed retry errors that have started occurring since August 08, 2024 for the bookings.created webhook.

I dug into my logs and I found that the bookings API is sending over multiple webhooks for each new booking.created, instead of sending one webhook for each event as was the case prior to August 08, 2024.

In the documentation there is no mention of multiple webhooks being sent for the same event, it mentions that if a 200 response is not received, the first retry will occur in 1 minute, however, I am seeing something completely different than this  as multiple booking.created webhooks are coming in the same SECOND.

Sometimes as many as 5 per second.

Again, everything was running fine previous to August 08, 2024. And I've noticed no issues with my customer webhooks, they are working as expected.

Please let me know what the issue is.
