Appointments help-multiple bookings

Hi Everyone,

 

For context - I run an art school!

 

I have set up square appointments but it's giving me headaches!

 

Is it possible?

 

A parent wants to book 2 children into the same session. At the moment they can only book 1 child. When they go back to try to book for the second, it says they have already booked. I need to be able to book more than 1 place at a workshop/session for families/sibling

 

A parent wants to book their child into a wednesday workshop and a friday workshop for example. How can they add multiple appointments to their cart and pay once, rather than 2 separate transactions?

 

If this is possible -- please let me know how? Or do you know an app that integrates with square to do this? 

 

I also run a gallery/retail space under the same website so I would love to have everything on the same website.

While a customer can book multiple services at once for themselves, they're unable to book an appointment for more than one person and would have to create two separate appointments from your online booking site.

 

I had a look at our integrated applications, and Trafft offers a group booking functionality. Since the integration is managed entirely by Trafft, I recommend reaching out to their Support Team directly at help@trafft.com if you have any question about the application itself. If Trafft doesn't suit you, another of our booking & scheduling system partners might.
