Appointments - account owner and I can't make changes to my Staff profile.
I have been trying to edit MY staff profile (I'm the account Owner with all permissions) and I keep getting this error message: "Open hours Overlapping hours on Mon. One ends at 6:00 PM and another starts at 11:00 AM,Overlapping hours on Tue. One ends at 6:00 PM and another starts at 11:00 AM,Overlapping hours on Wed. One ends at 6:00 PM and another starts at 11:00 AM,Overlapping hours on Thu. One ends at 6:00 PM and another starts at 11:00 AM,Overlapping hours on..."
I have checked all Location hours (there are none set) but these hours mentioned in the error message above were my hours a long, long time ago. I have no set/programmed hours set in my own appointments calendar or anyone else's calendar or anything that I can either find or think as to why this error message would pop up.
I can't make any changes to my own staff profile. Like, change my photo, toggle the "Bookable by Customers Online" button, check/uncheck services, make changes to my bio, anything. Any changes I attempt to make and then click the save button prompts the error message in red to pop up and then I have to cancel the changes I made and X out.
None of the other Staff profiles have any issues or error messages with editing/making changes.
Please help! I've scoured the help files and forums and I have messaged support. But no solutions have come forward yet.
