Feedback Requested | Order Management

Hi Seller Community,

 

I'm Stephanie L, a product designer working on the Commerce Platform team at Square. Currently, our team is looking to improve order management with Square products. We've put together a prototype through usertesting.com to help us learn and improve. 

 

If you're a seller who fulfills orders with pickupdelivery, or shipping, your insights would be especially valuable to us.

Participation Expectations

  • 10-15 minutes of walking through the prototype and answering questions
  • You'll be asked to talk aloud and share feedback via the link provided
  • You will need to share and record your face for verbal responses

So.. tried to do this- it requests I download something to my computer which, for some reason requires my Apple ID password . which... I have no idea what it is b/c of fingerprints and faces.... sorry!!

I went to do this test on my desktop at home which has no Microphone, Will try again later from a Chromebook or Laptop.
